Tomasz started his career in real estate finance at a leading international brokerage in London, working primarily on UK residential transactions. He later relocated to Geneva to establish the firm’s Swiss operation — which led directly to the founding of Holocene Impact Capital in 2022.

HIC was built to address a gap that became clear through that work: real estate sponsors across Europe consistently struggled to access the right institutional capital — not because their deals were weak, but because the right advisory infrastructure did not exist around them. The firm was set up to provide exactly that.

Tomasz is based in Warsaw and works across the UK, Poland, and Western Europe. HIC is UK-registered.
